Sales Brochure

Seaside Civic and Convention Center needed a sales brochure that showcased

• photos of their beautiful, newly renovated convention center
• a table to list the properties details and dimensions
• the features of their property
• the local attractions of Seaside, OR

Due to the amount of information needed and the client’s desire to use this as a handout while still being economical to produce, we decided on 8.5″ x 14″ brochure with a roll-fold.

Finally, the color palette, font styles and supporting graphics used throughout the brochure were chosen based on the brand guidelines they provided.
